THE PROCESS
1. Plan your Concept
The first stage while in the process of opening your cafe, is the planning stage. Advanced Gourmet can help you with:- Menu and profit center development
- Hands on training: how to operate and select your production equipment to fulfill the requirements of your menu and profit centers (Gelato / ice cream / frozen yogurt / custard, Specialty coffee, baked goods)
- Business strategies & planning (budget planning, hiring and training)

2. Design your Café
After the planning stage is completed, Advanced Gourmet moves to the second stage.- Choose from many custom options available to achieve the look you have in mind
- Develop CAD drawing of front and back of house to maximize efficiencies relating to work and traffic flow throughout
3. Build/Install your Café
The equipment installation is performed by our in-house professional technicians who go above and beyond to make sure everything goes according to plan.
